Publisher Status
Kabu is a financial publisher and research-software provider operating under the publisher exemption recognized in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985). We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, investment bank, fund, fiduciary, or tax adviser. Kabu does not accept customer assets, execute trades, or manage accounts.
No Individualized Advice
Kabu content and app outputs are general and impersonal. They are not
tailored to your holdings, account size, financial situation, tax
position, time horizon, risk tolerance, jurisdiction, or suitability.
Nothing on Kabu should be treated as an offer to sell, solicitation of
an offer to buy, or recommendation to transact in any security.
Sources And Data
Kabu may use public filings, Yuho annual securities reports, exchange
disclosures, company materials, market-data providers, and our own
calculated metrics. We aim to cite source material where feasible, but
we do not guarantee that any source, metric, translation, document
packet, score, screen, or company page is accurate, complete, current,
or available at all times.
Kabu publishes derived research and analytics, not raw third-party data
feeds. Third-party data providers retain their own rights, licenses,
restrictions, disclaimers, and availability controls.
AI And Translation
Kabu uses software and AI-assisted workflows to translate, extract,
summarize, classify, and analyze source material. AI and translation
systems can be wrong. They can omit context, misread a filing, mistranslate
a passage, misclassify a document, or produce incomplete reasoning.
App subscribers should verify important claims against the underlying
source documents before relying on them.
Forward-Looking Work
Fair-value ranges, normalized earnings estimates, margin-of-safety
calculations, scenario analysis, catalyst commentary, portfolio labels,
ranking outputs, and similar analytical views are estimates based on
stated or implicit assumptions. They are not forecasts, guarantees, or
promises of return. Actual outcomes can differ materially.
Foreign-Securities Risk
Kabu focuses on Japanese equities and may later cover other non-US
markets. Foreign securities can involve currency risk, different
disclosure rules, settlement and trading-hour differences, taxes,
limited liquidity, corporate-governance differences, and brokerage or
access constraints. You are responsible for understanding those risks
before making any investment decision.
Positions And Conflicts
Kabu, its publisher, contributors, household members, related accounts,
or affiliates may hold, buy, sell, or otherwise transact in securities
discussed by Kabu, subject to Kabu's trade-around-publication policy
for published research. The trade-around-publication policy runs from
internal publication approval through ten business days after
publication. We do not promise that any personal or related account
exposure matches a published research view, app status, or portfolio
label.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own research and investment decisions.
Read the underlying filings, test Kabu outputs against your own work,
and consult qualified investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other
professional advisers as appropriate for your circumstances and
jurisdiction.
