Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Kabu's website, app, research pages, calculated metrics, translated document stacks, downloads, and related services. By using Kabu, you agree to these Terms.

Kabu provides research, screening tools, translated source stacks, calculated metrics, company pages, document links, written analysis, and related software for investors who conduct their own work. The marketing site at getkabu.com and the app at app.getkabu.com are separate surfaces of the Kabu app product.
Kabu's Substack publication is a separate product with its own subscription relationship and its own pricing. A paid Kabu app subscription includes access to the Substack publication as part of the bundle described on the pricing page. A standalone Substack subscription does not include Kabu app access.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Kabu. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share, resell, transfer, or pool an individual account unless Kabu has given written permission.
Kabu app access may be offered as free, trial, paid, or enterprise access. Paid app subscriptions are available by self-serve checkout at the prices and inclusions shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Kabu may also grant, extend, or remove complimentary or trial access at its discretion.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms shown at checkout or in the app also apply. We may change prices or plan features prospectively with reasonable notice where required by law.
Kabu and its licensors own the site, app, software, designs, text, research, source packets, translated summaries, calculated metrics, datasets, downloads, and other materials made available through the Service. Subject to these Terms, Kabu grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal research.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, syndicate, or commercially exploit Kabu content or app outputs except with Kabu's written permission.

Kabu does not provide individualized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or portfolio suitability advice. Kabu does not recommend that any particular user buy, sell, hold, size, hedge, or avoid any security. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any security, strategy, data point, or app output is appropriate for you.

Kabu may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, AI, market-data, filing, translation, and other services. Third-party services and data may be subject to their own terms, licenses, disclaimers, rate limits, interruptions, and access rules. Kabu is not responsible for third-party services or linked sites.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of Kabu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the Service, or used the Service in a way that harms Kabu, other users, or third parties.
Kabu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabu disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabu, its publisher, affiliates, contributors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of Kabu after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
